What OpX needs to begin
For a Customer Success capacity review, OpX starts with accounts, roster, ownership, and the assumptions you want evaluated. Renewal exposure and segment targets improve the model when available.
Trust & Data Handling
OpX is designed to begin with a bounded capacity review, not a broad integration project. The first step is a sample review of the reports the team already runs, followed by mapping, assumption approval, and operator validation.
Bounded by design
Capacity review data stays connected to one agreed operating question, not a broad request for every system record.
For a Customer Success capacity review, OpX starts with accounts, roster, ownership, and the assumptions you want evaluated. Renewal exposure and segment targets improve the model when available.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, compensation data, employee performance notes, customer message bodies, meeting transcripts, unrestricted notes, payment data, government identifiers, or data unrelated to the agreed capacity use case.
The first review begins with headers, a data dictionary, or a small masked or approved sample. Production data is used only after mappings, assumptions, and engagement terms are approved.
A Customer Success capacity review can start from exported reports the business already runs. Integrations can come later when the customer chooses a broader deployment path.
AI may assist explanation or drafting where appropriate. Operating evaluation is deterministic: models and patterns evaluate what matters, and governed situations carry evidence, recommendation, and authority boundary.
Retention, deletion, and customer-specific handling terms are defined in the engagement agreement.
Data gaps are surfaced rather than hidden, so the review stays bounded by what the operating evidence can support.
