About OpX
The judgment layer for AI-native operations.
OpX gives your AI the judgment of your best operators.
Where the insight came from
The work taught me that judgment is the part of operations most companies never capture.
We are building toward a world where institutional memory no longer disappears when people move on, systems change, or work is handed to AI.
I spent over a decade as an operator, most recently as Chief of Staff at a venture-backed logistics technology company. The job was to make sure the right work reached the right person at the right time.
That role taught me something I could not unsee: great operators protect signal. They stand inside the noise of the business and know which thread changes a decision before anyone else sees it.
A customer goes quiet. A handoff loses shape. A project update does not arrive. A forecast changes, but the reason never makes it into the room where the decision gets made.
Silence carries more information than most emails ever will.
That is judgment: knowing which signal matters, where it belongs, and when it needs to move. That is the work OpX was built to scale.
Today, that judgment lives in the heads of the few people who have earned it.
OpX turns it into operating infrastructure. It reads across your CRM, projects, people, pipeline, and customer relationships.
It recognizes the patterns that predict outcomes. It routes work to the right human, team, or agent, and shows exactly why.
Every decision is deterministic, auditable, and traceable back to the source. The same evidence produces the same answer.
